Shipping Options

          Standard Shipping (3-9 Business Days): $20 CAD

          Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $30 CAD

All orders are processed within 2 business days, and you will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

Pickup Options

Next Business Day Pickup

Customers can choose next business day pickup from our location:

Pickup orders will be ready within 1 business day, and you will receive a confirmation when your order is available for pickup.

Pop-Up Market Pickup

We frequently attend pop-up markets on weekends, and customers may arrange to pick up their orders at these events. Since locations vary weekly, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Return & Warranty Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns on our products. However, we provide a 14-day limited warranty to ensure your camera functions as expected.

14-Day Warranty Coverage:

If any of the following functions stop working within 14 days of receiving your camera, we will offer an exchange:

          Flash

          Zoom

          Power issues

Warranty Exclusions:

We do not cover damage caused by customer misuse, including:

          Accidental drops

          Water damage

          Physical damage from improper handling

If you experience any issues covered under our warranty, please contact us within 14 days to arrange for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel an existing order, a 8% service fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs. Cancellations must be requested before the order has been shipped or prepared for pickup. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled. All sales are FINAL.
